Yes. I work extensively with solo business owners and small teams who do not have dedicated IT staff.
My role is to give you the same level of support and strategic guidance you’d expect from an in-house technician, but at a scale and cost that fits a small business. I can help with day-to-day issues, security best practices, upgrades, system cleanup, and long-term planning — whatever helps keep your business stable and productive.
Both. Many clients schedule a one-time session to solve a specific issue, while others prefer ongoing support to keep their systems running smoothly. I can provide routine check-ins, periodic maintenance, or long-term advisory services depending on what your business needs. You get reliable support without the cost of hiring a full-time IT technician.
I assist with a wide range of technology challenges, everything from everyday computer problems to more complex system needs. This includes troubleshooting slow systems, resolving errors, improving network performance, diagnosing hardware and software issues, setting up email or cloud services, and addressing security concerns. If it affects your productivity or your ability to serve customers, I can help you fix it.
Yes. I help small businesses strengthen their security posture using practical, affordable methods. This may include improving password and authentication practices, securing email and cloud services, identifying risks, cleaning up unsafe systems, and advising on tools that protect your business without being overly complicated or expensive. The goal is to give you confidence that your technology is safe.
During your 30-minute consultation, we’ll discuss your current challenges, your goals, and how your systems are set up. I’ll ask some targeted questions to get a clear practical understand the full context of your environment, offer initial guidance, and recommend the most practical next steps.
If, during our conversation, it becomes clear that your needs fall outside my area of expertise or aren’t a good fit for the services I provide, I’ll be upfront about that. In those cases, I’m happy to help point you toward an appropriate resource, specialist, or service that may be better suited to assist you. While I won’t continue working beyond the consultation in those situations, my goal is still to leave you with clarity and direction so you know how to move forward confidently.
In most cases, I can begin assisting shortly after our consultation call. For urgent issues, I do my best to accommodate same-day or next-day support when possible. My goal is to help you get back up and running as quickly as possible.
I’m based in the Baton Rouge area, but you do not need to be local to work with me. I support many clients remotely, and most issues can be diagnosed, resolved, or managed without an onsite visit. Whether you’re nearby or in another state, I can provide the same level of guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support through secure remote tools and scheduled virtual sessions. If an issue ever requires in-person assistance and you’re within my service area, we can arrange an onsite visit — but for most clients, remote support is fast, convenient, and all they need.
Pricing depends on the type of support you need. Some clients only require quick, one-time assistance, while others benefit from ongoing help. I’ll give you a clear, upfront estimate after understanding your needs; no surprises, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary services.
That’s completely fine. You don’t need to diagnose anything before reaching out. Part of my role is helping you identify what’s going on, what might be causing it, and what the best solution is. Even if something “just feels off,” I can help you figure out the root of the issue.
